We recognise the importance of taking care of the finer details of a tour from the compatability of a venue to a specific repertoire or the engagement of experts in the relevant field for a special interest tour.

In accordance with The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992 all passengers booking with Music & Travel Tour Consultants Ltd. are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Music & Travel Tour Consultants Ltd.  A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover.  Please ensure that you have been given the appropriate certificate(s) at the time of booking.  The insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through igi Insurance Company Ltd.

Flights are booked directly by the client with ATOL holding agents or IATA accredited agents in accordance with CAA instructions and as such payments to the agent are protected by their ATOL or IATA bond. We do not accept payments for flights.  These measures ensure that you can rely on Music & Travel Tour Consultants to provide you with a tour to remember.
